FIMA was employed by Sisk to carry out civil works on this project to extend the Blackrock Clinic.
The company designed and put in place pedestrian and traffic control measures before any construction work could commence.
FIMA laid new banks of ducts, approximately 6000m in total, from the Rock Road into the site, removed and religned kerbs, concrete paths and roadways, as well as constructing new carparking spaces to the rear of the hospital.
As this project was completed in a highly sensitive private clinic, very strict operating limits were imposed on the construction process which which FIMA fully complied. These included constraints in relation to noise, dust and vibration. The project was carried out with no incidences reported to our client by Blackrock Clinic, demonstrating that FIMA is extremely capable, even with the higest of restrictions placed on us.
